excellent location ample choice slippery bathroom warm temperature
The location is excellent. It is a short walk to the Tower Hill tube station. I also appreciated the breakfast. There was a full English breakfast available and ample choice.
I noticed some minor issues . The bathroom floor was very slippery. I also found the temperature in the room to be too warm. The air conditioning seemed to only offer a warm setting.

convenient location safe area filtered water
The hotel is near the circle line metro and southern railway station. It is very convenient to main attractions. the area felt quiet and safe at all times. the hotel also provided a filtered water machine on all floors so i could refill my water bottle easily
the minibar was empty this was quite annoying considering the room rate

Excellent Location and Service
convenient location easy access comfortable sleep
the location is fantastic. it is a short walk to the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. i also had easy access to the transport system.. it made getting around quite simple. the room was quiet despite the central location. the bed provided a comfortable sleep.
i noticed some slight wear and tear on the furniture in the room.

the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. caterina provided good advice on local attractions during the christmas season. the restaurant staff was attentive.

breakfast quality convenient location tube access lack of phone unresponsive staff poor communication
the breakfast was great. i liked the variety of choices. the location was perfect for sightseeing (i walked to many attractions). the tube station was very close.
the room did not have a phone. i had to use a whatsapp qr code. no one responded to it. i had to go downstairs several times to get what i needed. the staff was not very helpful.
